Domain Registration Agreement

1. ICANN Rules Apply

All domain registrations follow ICANN’s global policies, including:

  • UDRP (trademark disputes)

  • Transfer Policy

  • Registrant Rights & Responsibilities

  • Registry rules for each TLD

Domains cannot be altered, suspended, or transferred without following ICANN procedures.

2. You Must Provide Accurate Contact Information

You must provide:

  • Real full name

  • Valid email

  • Address and phone number

  • Updated contact details within 7 days if anything changes

Fake or outdated information can result in domain suspension.

You must verify your email within 15 days of registration or transfer.

3. Domain Fees Are Non-Refundable

All domain fees are final, including:

  • Registrations

  • Renewals

  • Transfers

  • Redemption fees

  • WHOIS Privacy

Domains are purchased from registries and cannot be refunded once registered.

4. You Are Responsible for Renewals

You must renew your domain before it expires.
If auto-renew is enabled, renewal happens automatically.

Expired domains may:

  • Enter grace period

  • Enter redemption period (with additional fees)

  • Be deleted or auctioned

Ferkesh Hosting is not responsible for expired domains.

5. Transfers

Domains cannot be transferred to another registrar:

  • Within 60 days of registration

  • Within 60 days of WHOIS changes (unless opt-out applies)

To transfer away, your domain must be unlocked and your information accurate.

6. Domain Privacy (WHOIS Protection)

If you purchase WHOIS Privacy:

  • Your public information is replaced with proxy details

  • You remain the legal owner

  • We may disclose your info if legally required or in abuse cases

7. Prohibited Use

Domains may not be used for:

  • Illegal activity

  • Spam or phishing

  • Malware or fraud

  • Trademark infringement

  • DNS abuse

Violations can lead to suspension without refund.

8. Disputes

Trademark disputes over domain names must follow ICANN’s UDRP, not Ferkesh Hosting.

Website content issues (not domain name issues) are handled through our abuse reporting system.

9. Liability

Our maximum liability related to a domain is limited to:

The amount you paid for that domain’s current registration year.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of domain

  • Expiration or non-renewal

  • DNS failures

  • Registry errors

  • Downtime or service interruption

10. Summary Only
