Ferkesh Hosting strives to deliver high-quality hosting, web design, and digital services. Because each service requires different levels of work, infrastructure, and resources, refund eligibility varies by service type. Please review the following policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Web Hosting Refunds

1.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Hosting Only)

Most hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If your plan qualifies, you may request a refund within 30 days of account activation.

Refunds apply only to hosting fees — not domains, setup fees, software licenses, or add-ons.

1.2 Hosting Payments Are Otherwise Non-Refundable

After the 30-day guarantee period has passed, all hosting payments are non-refundable.

1.3 Unused Hosting Accounts

If you open a hosting account but do not use it, payment is still due.
Billing continues until you submit a written cancellation request inside your client portal.

1.4 Past Due Invoices

Invoices overdue more than 10 days may result in service suspension.
Access is restored only after full payment is received.

1.5 Automatic Renewals

Unless you cancel hosting before the renewal date, services will automatically renew using your payment method on file.

1.6 Website Transfers

Website migration assistance is provided as a courtesy.
Ferkesh Hosting may charge a fee for additional transfer requests.
Transfer fees are non-refundable.

2. Domain Names

2.1 Domain Purchases Are Final

All domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable, as domains are purchased from third-party registrars and cannot be reversed.

2.2 Free Domain With Hosting

If your hosting plan includes a free domain, the domain is yours to keep.
However, if you request a hosting refund, a $20 domain fee will be deducted from the refundable amount (ICANN rule standard practice).

3. Web Design & Development Services

3.1 No Refunds on Web Design/Development

Web design, branding, and development require significant time, expertise, and internal resources.
Therefore:

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Payments made toward design or development are non-refundable

• If a project is canceled or delayed by the client, all amounts paid are retained by Ferkesh

• Work completed beyond what was already paid for must be paid by the client

3.2 Completed Projects

A project is considered completed when all deliverables agreed upon in the scope of work have been provided. Completed projects are non-refundable.

4. Website Maintenance Services

4.1 No Refunds for Maintenance Plans

Website maintenance requires constant resource allocation and planning.
All maintenance fees are non-refundable, including:

• Monthly plans

• Annual plans

• Support retainers

• Unused hours

4.2 Unused Hours

Unused maintenance hours do not roll over into future months.

4.3 Client Content

Clients must provide text and images in digital format.
Delays caused by missing content do not qualify for refunds.

5.1 Non-Refundable

SEO, advertising, and marketing services rely on third-party platforms and unpredictable search engine behavior.
Therefore all SEO and marketing payments are non-refundable, including:

• Monthly SEO plans

• Setup fees

• Campaign management fees

• Advertising strategy fees

5.2 Search Engine Behavior Disclaimer

Ferkesh Hosting has no control over search engine algorithms, indexing times, or ranking changes.
Search engines may update listings at any time, and changes may affect results.

6. Setup, Installation & One-Time Fees

All setup fees, installation fees, configuration fees, and one-time service charges are non-refundable.
These fees cover time, tools, and resources used to prepare your service.

7. Cancellation Policy

Services continue to bill automatically until cancellation is received.
